He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Packham and Clara Packham (Bundy); his son Ray Jr. Then Ray; and his siblings, Francis, Bruce, Jimmy, Lynn Packham, Rosemary Carley and Clara Winfrey.
He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Harvey; his grandchildren, Tammy, Vickie, Roger and Shawn; his children, Vanessa Hart of Colorado Springs, CO and Daniel Packham of Montrose, CO; his grandchildren, James Packham, Christopher Hart, Brandon Hart, Crystal Packham, Tiffany Williams and Alex Truit; his daughter Tammy Holtzer of Memphis, TN; his great grandchild Vickie Packham of Logan, UT; his sons, Roger Scott and Shawn Scott; and his siblings, Terry Packham and June Jacobs. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, three great-grandchildren.
