He is survived by: his children, Julie Nease (Gary), Paula Sage (David), Lonnie Carter, Christina Anna Lee Carter, Tammy Allen (Steve) and Gary Ervie (Betty); his sister Mary Mace (Harold); and his sister-in-law Glynda Carter. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; and several other nieces and nephews.
