He is survived by: his father Jackie Maurice McCollum of Wichita, KS; his wife Teresa Kay Wagner; his children, Chris of Brookfield, MO and Tabitha of Brookfield, MO; his siblings, Jerry of Chillicothe, MO, Jeff of Trimble, MO, Rodney of Brookfield, MO, Trisha of Meadville, MO and Carmen of Brookfield, MO; and his grandchildren, Hayley Chowning, Tayah Mathys, Madison Hueffmeier, Chloe McCollum, Koby McCollum, Eithen, Greenlee McCollum, Milee McCollum and Brooklynn McCollum. He is also survived by several other nieces, nephews, and relatives.
