It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Herbert Allen Treece Sr. of Brookfield, Missouri, born in Carbondale, Illinois, who passed away on May 13, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, George Treece of Washington and Emma Edna Treece (Bryant); his wife Wanda Lee; his grandson Skyler Robinson; and his brothers-in-law, Gary Navolski and Kenneth Gee.
He is survived by: his children, Herbert Allen Jr., Joseph Allen, Wanda June Scott (Mark) of Creston, Mary Ann Robinson (Charles) of Anamosa and Herb Treece, Jr. of Glenwood; his grandchildren, Joseph Adam Treece (Marsha) of Merrimack, Jacob Wendell Treece (Jillian) of Kirksville, Jeremiah James Treece (Brandi) of Kirksville, Trevor Allen Robinson of Johnston, Travis Navarone Treece of Kirksville, Tyler Ryan Treece of Glenwood, Michael Eugene Elshoff (Hollie) of Ashton, Kevin Wayne Eggenburg (Amy) of Rochelle and Angela Lee Morris of Marion, Iowa; his siblings, Harry Treece (Julia) of Carterville, June Gee of McKanda and Lucy Navolski of Florida; and also, Joseph Adam Treece, Jacob Wendell Treece, Jeremiah James Treece, Trevor Allen Robinson, Travis Navarone Treece, Tyler Ryan Treece, Michael Eugene Elshoff and Kevin Wayne Eggenburg. He is also survived by 13 great grandchildren, nieces and nephews and other family members.
