He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Derwood Smith and Rosa Leona Gray Smith; and his sister Cindy Smith. He is survived by: his wife Dawn Nell Sturguess; and his children, Crystal Orr of Hamilton, MO, Brandie Mattox of Brookfield, MO, Jeremy Taylor (Kassie), Keenan Smith (Kim) and Tamlyn Smith of Brookfield, MO. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, one great-grandchild, and many other relatives.

“Lee was a great friend we used to run together back in the day and a lot of good memories. We played music together he once played in a band together Lee, Cuck, Donnie and me also Jim, Lee and me would jam at my house had a great time. I will miss him dearly and will be in my heart as the same with his family. God Bless You Lee. My heart goes out to his wife and kids and grand kids.
