It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Claude Wayne Evertson of Brookfield, Missouri, who passed away on November 17, 2021, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his pets, Earl and Tommy Ray; and his parents, Marjorie Catherine Goode and James Verne Evertson. He is survived by: his wife Penny; his children, Stacy Filger (Danny) of Kansas City, MO and Chad Evertson (Krissy) of Excelsior Springs, MO; his stepdaughters, Gina Ponessa and Dina Edwards of Smithville, MO; his mother-in-law Thelma Martin; and his grandchildren, Blake, Nicholas, Lucas, Kaylee, Jessie, Conner, Ava Grace and Jackson. He is also survived by five sisters-in-law known as the foxes and their spouses, and two brothers-in-law, and a host of nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to Excelsior Springs Friends of Animals, PO Box 661, Excelsior Springs, MO 64024.
