Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Beverly Jean Hicks of Brookfield, Missouri, who passed away at the age of 86, on February 18, 2022. She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Wayne Lewis and Mavis Maurine Lewis (Gosney); her husband Jess; her daughter Melinda Stanley; and her siblings, Ronnie Lewis, Judy Gregston and Bette Ann Gash.
She is survived by: her sons, Garry Hicks (Becky) of Moberly, MO and Larry Hicks (Nancy) of Higginsville, MO; and her grandchildren, Darren Stanley, Doug Stanley (Gwen), Kara Hook (Benjamin), Ryan Lee Hicks (Kyndall), C. J. Hayter, Tiffany Thornton (Randy), Stephanie Farrow (Ryan), Jeni Schooley (Jesse), Jason Hicks, Felicia Cartee and Jessica Hicks (Daniel). She is also survived by thirty two great grandchildren, and many other nieces, nephews, and relatives.
In lieu of flowers family have suggested memorial donations to be made to the Brookfield VFW Post 4557 Auxiliary and /or the Order of the Eastern Star in Brookfield and mailed to the Rhodes Funeral Home, 216 Linn Street, Brookfield, MO. 64628.
