We are sad to announce that on June 3, 2022, at the age of 90, Paul Smith Slater of Bridgeton, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Slater and Esther Slater; and his siblings, Lloyd Slater, Pauline Slater, Virginia Slater Giauque, Arthur Slater, Jr., John Austin Slater and William "Bill" Slater.
He is survived by: his wife Lola Childers of Rutledge, MO; his nieces, Katharine and Jean Childers; his cousins, Linda Slater Collins, Carol Slater Tolbert and Gary Slater; and also, Robert Ernest Childers, Tom Slater, Jane Slater Case, Carl Giauque, Stanley Giauque, Arthur "Chip" Slater, Brian Slater, Kenneth Slater and Kathy Slater. He is also survived by other great nieces, nephews, and cousins.
