He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Oelger and Dorothy Oelger; and his brother Bill Oelger. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Oelger; his sons, Neal (Allison) and Nathan Oelger; his grandchildren, Emily Lewenczuk (Joshua), Samantha Randall (Eric), Paige Schimmel, Caleb Oelger, Joshua Oelger and Danica Oelger; his brother Larry Oelger; and his sisters-in-law, Barbara Oelger and Barbara Ziegler. He is also survived by adopted children, grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
