With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Veeda Smith of Branson, Missouri, born in Nocona, Texas, who passed away on October 14, 2021 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Gordon Cooper and Venus Cooper (Beams); her daughter Rockelle Denise Smith; and her siblings, Gary Cooper and Latrelle Welborn Tatum.
She is survived by: her husband Charles Smith of Branson; her daughters, Shelly Vorhaben (Jason) of Branson, Shauna Hord (Brian) of Richardson, TX and Marcey Simzek (Nathan) of Springfield; her grandchildren, Jonathan Vorhaben (Franki), Bethany Vorhaben, Ryman Hord (Karen), Brenae Hord Willis (Caleb), Breshae Hord, Ananda Wall, Delainey Wall, Madelynn Wall, Keira Simzek and Gabriella Simzek; and her great grandchildren, Caleb Vorhaben, Lyla Vorhaben and Emberlyn Hord. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
