He was predeceased by: his father Jim Curtis. He is survived by: his mother LoRita Curtis (Roquette); his daughter Heather Pena (Daniel) of Lawrence, KS.; his granddaughters, Harper and Baby Lirah; and his siblings, Scott Curtis of Hollister, Kevin Curtis of Walnut Shade and Betty Wilson of Springfield. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
