She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Bilyeu and Pearl Bilyeu (House); and her husband Jack Westfall. She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Mary Anne; her sons, David Westfall (MaryAnne), Kent Westfall (Missy) and Mark Westfall (Karen); her grandchildren, Zach Westfall, Zane Westfall, Andy Westfall, Zeth Westfall and Annabelle Westfall; her great grandchildren, Addie, Marcus, Kaidyn, Jackson, Macy, Wyatt and Mavvy; and her siblings, Ernest Bilyeu of Sparta, Don Bilyeu of Ozark, Gary Bilyeu of Sparta, Johnny Bilyeu (Kay) of Nixa and Cathey Idell (Clyde) of Ozark. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, and siblings.
