He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Siwek and Delores Siwek (Kempski); and his grandson Cody Siwek. He is survived by: his wife Debra Siwek; his children, Scotty Siwek, Jr. (Samantha) of Overland Park, KS, Michael Siwek (Heather) of Kirbyville, Christopher Siwek of Branson, Heidi Richardson (Michael) of Olathe, KS, Sarah Davis (Shaun) of Clever and Seiara Siwek of Branson; and his siblings, Stanley Siwek (Jhonette) of Florida and Renee Rohlfing (Bill) of Branson. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
