He is survived by: his wife Kinuyo Eby of Branson; his daughters, Teresa Mueller of St. Louis and Naomi Mink of Branson; his grandchildren, Jennifer, Jade, Jackie, Jessica and Bonnie; and his great grandchildren, Everett, Zane, Kamora and Myler.
