He is survived by: his parents, Kent Stephens (Emily) of Galena, Missouri and Jody Wilson (Rader) of Branson, Missouri; his siblings, Natasha Sickman of Lamar, Missouri, Nichole West (Keegan) of Lamar, Missouri, Nikia Abarca of San Diego, California, Megan McKee of Orlando, Florida, Alison Stephens of Galena, Missouri, Jack and Gabriel Stephens of Galena, Missouri; his grandparents, Rita Stephens of Galena, Missouri and Tim Johnson (Jenny) of Seymour, Missouri; and his stepgrandparents, Nancy Rader of Kansas City, Missouri, Steve and Pat Rice of Rockaway Beach, Missouri. He is also survived by many other friends and extended family.
