He is survived by: his wife Virginia Lee Bish (Lewis); his children, Tony Bish (Catherine), Diana Grossnickle (Gary), Pam Salmon and Kim Hathaway; his grandchildren, Shawna, Adam, Justin, Jeremy, Nick, Kari and Erazmus; his great grandchildren, Cathern, Bailey, Airel, Alec, Aidan, Caden, Owen, Rylen, Addison and Jack; and his brother James Leri (Arizona).
