He is survived by: his wife Sharon Hale of Springfield, Missouri; his siblings, Virginia Blaylock (Paul) of Jackson, Missouri and David Ray Hale of Cape Girardeau; his friend Linda Gillis of Salem, Missouri; and his nieces and nephews, Beth Ann Bollinger of Jackson, Angela Hale of Herrin, Shanna Hawn of Salem, Missouri, Christy Gillis of Cuba, Missouri, Sara Blaylock of Dayton, Ohio, Paul Blaylock Jr. of Columbus, Ohio, David Tidwell of St. Louis, Justin Tidwell of Springfield, Missouri and Steven Tidwell of Longview, Texas. He is also survived by eight great-nieces and nephews.
