He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey William Sparks Sr. and Dorothy Francis Sparks (Bost); and his sister Patsy Kirby. He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Sparks; his children, Ryan Sparks of Wy Co, Sean Sparks of Olathe, Jimmy Sparks of Shawnee, Kansas and Tamera Wilcox of California; his stepchildren, James Brinton of Merriam, Kansas, Shannon Rode of Jacksonville, Florida and Harry Patrick Brinton of Kissimmee, Florida; and his siblings, Virginia Sparks of Lake Lotawana, Missouri and Lee Sparks of Naples, Florida.. He is also survived by twenty-five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
