He is survived by: his significant other Anna Jameson of Branson, Missouri; his children, Kurt of Albert Lea, Jordan Rodriguez of Port Huron, Michigan, James Behrmann of Iowa City, Iowa and Samantha Godbey of Marion, Iowa; his parent Betty Ellis of Bellplain, Iowa; his siblings, Brenda Gaede of Stillwell, Cindy Criswell of Chicago, Tricia Jones of Cedar Rapids, Phyllis Hovious of Cedar Rapids, Iowa and Barry Hovious of Saginaw, Michigan; and his aunt Sheryl Ellis of Belton, Iowa. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
