He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Franklin Hall and Rosetta Hall (Gloyd); and his siblings, Walter Hall and Betty Ann Weyers. He is survived by: his children, Tom Hall and Diana Kennedy. He is also survived by five grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.
