He is survived by: his spouse Fayellen Revelle; his children, Julie Mires (Chuck) of Branson, Jason Holdman (Lori) of Branson and Joel Holdman (Mandi) of Nixa; his grandchildren, Phoebe Foltz (Justin), Cole Holdman, Kyle Holdman, Stefani Holdman, Reid Holdman, Sam Holdman and Lauren Holdman; and his sisters, Valeria Callaway (Terry), Donna Johnson (Dick) and Connie Forsythe.
