He is survived by: his children, Clint (Mitzi Coates) of Bowling Green, MO and Lori (Scott Smith) of New Hartford, MO; his wife Judy Coates of New Hartford, MO; his son Brian Coates (Michelle Nutt); his granddaughter Samantha Smith (Canton) of New Hartford, MO; his stepgrandchildren, Seth (Kelly Flamm) of St. Charles, MO and Bethany Flamm of St. Charles, MO; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Vinny and Emilia Flamm of St. Charles, MO; and also Eli Pruitt of Bowling Green. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, friends, his dog "Angel" and many cats and birds.
