Shirley H. Brickman Obituary
With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Shirley H. Brickman of Bowling Green, Missouri, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Shirley left this world on February 25, 2025 at the age of 88, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ellis Cary and Mamie Cary (Mealman); her spouse Merlin Brickman; her sons, Joseph Brickman and Terry Brickman; and her siblings, George, Arville, Eugene "Casey", Doris, Donald, Robert "Bob", Marian, Randall and Dorsey Cary.
She is survived by: her children, Vicky Shubert (Steve) of Quincy, Cheryl Hainline (Nelson) of Bowling Green, MO and Scott Brickman (Andrea); and her grandchildren, Jacob Brickman, Kate Brickman, Connor Brickman, Miranda Bliss, Benjamin Brickman, Nelson Hainline (Stephanie), Tyler Hainline (Tiffany), Joshua Hainline, Shelby Ardeneaux (Joseph), Steven Brickman and Sterling Brickman. She is also survived by eighteen great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the O'Donnell-Cookson Life Celebration Home (1435 State St, Quincy, IL 62301). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
