She was predeceased by: her mother Betty Neff (Hollingshead); her birth father Donald Neff; and her siblings, Donald Neff and Gladys Hilliard. She is survived by: her father Donald Neff; her children, Josh Neff of Bourbon and Crystal Pyatt (Ryan) of Sullivan, Missouri; her granddaughter Gracie Enloe of Villa Ridge, Missouri; her boyfriend Bill Rutz of Bourbon, Missouri; her sister Donna Hilliard of Sullivan, Missouri; and her pets, Chance, Sheba, Little Bit, Willow and Morris. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
