She was predeceased by: her parent Thomas C.. She is survived by: her parent Mary Hoelscher Fay; and her siblings, Gertrude Kemper, Anna Frances McMurray, Joe Fay, Charles Fay, Henry Fay and Edward Fay. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
