He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Elden Kamm and Sunny Plaisance. He is survived by: his parents, David Kamm and Amy Griffin; his husband Michael; his sisters, Cassandra Sack (Michael), Ashlie Morgan and Erica Peterson (Ross); his stepfather Jonathan Morgan; his grandparents, Charlotte Kamm and Roger Zwach; and his nieces, Kaden and Alexa Sack. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
