He was predeceased by: his parent Guy Frederick. He is survived by: his parent Alice Eagleson Ormsby; his wife Susie; his children, Guy F. Ormsby III, Thomas F. Ormsby, Stephen L. Ormsby and Jennifer S. Ormsby; his sister-in-law Linda Ormsby; and his niece Laura Ormsby Lesage.
