He is survived by: his wife Cathy Fife; his children, Elizabeth Scott (Gary) of Rogersville, MO, Fred Fife IV and Jonathan Fife; and his grandsons, Andrew Scott of Bourbon, Luke Scott of Bourbon, Gene Johnson of Bourbon and Geneva Johnson of Bourbon. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
