He is survived by: his father Bill White (Phyllis) of Boonville; his children, David Jr. (Sarah) of Boonville, Billy (Alicia) of Woodbury, MN, Ryan (Chloe) of Japan and Jacob (Jessica) of Boonville; his sister Susan Schwartz (Mitch) of Fairfield, CA.; his grandchildren, Sean, Tyson, Jacob, Addison and Finnegan White; and his wife Phyllis Thompson.
