He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Emil Stanek and Virginia Stanek; his siblings, Linda Woods, Mark Stanek, Sandra Sukovaty, Patricia Kirby, Chistopher Stanek and Nicholas Stanek; his pets, Lucy, Cleo and Diamond; his wife Lori Stanek; his daughter Megan Stanek; his son-in-law Mason Price; his son Justin Stanek; and his son-in-law James Miao.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations be made in his honor to American Farmland Trust or Heifer International, organizations dedicated to helping start-up and sustainable farming around the world.
