She was predeceased by: her mother Donna Simmons of Dunnegan; her grandparents, Tom, Myrtle Harris, William (Bill) and Clara Simmons; and her niece Angela Baker.
She is survived by: her father Charles Simmons (JoAn); her daughter Sarah Matlock; her grandchildren, Cheyanne Matlock and Jacob Matlock; and her siblings, Matt Simmons (Daniele), Mark Simmons (Shelly), Penny Copenhaver (Randy) and John Simmons (Cindy). She is also survived by Aunt T to many nephews, nieces.
