She is survived by: her children, Jolene Fulbright (Gary), Joe Appleby (Sandy), Jim Appleby, Janelle Payne (Mark) and Jennifer Follis; her grandchildren, Sarah Stevens (Scotty), Mariah Samek (Eli), Kristy, Kyle Appleby, Natalie Payne, Brayden Payne (Brittanie), Sherry, Kurt Appleby, Jacey, Jackson and Jed Follis; her great grandchildren, Lillian, Fisher Stevens, Brooks, Anderson Samek, Brody, Baker Payne, Arianna, Alixandria, Donovan Chaudry, Morgan and Carter Jech; her nieces and nephews, Jeff, Kevin, Jerry, Greg, Jamie and Sam; and her brother-in-law Randy Appleby (Marcia).
