She is survived by: her husband John Wayne Dawes; her children, Robert Wayne Dawes (Carie), Michael Paul Dawes (Heather), Stephanie Dale Dawes, Melinda Leigh Phillips and Kathryn Kersh; her grandchildren, Rebecca Lyn Dawes, Megan Renee Dawes (Brett Mathis), Paige Elizabeth Dawes, Manuel Vincent Flores (Brittany), Joseph Paul Dawes, Phoenix Loudon Terry (Riley Fox) and Rosslyn Sephia Terry; and her great grandchildren, Callie Lenore Flores, Raden Yates Flores, Greyson Elliot Wise and Yosemite Sierra Mathis.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to the Lake Stockton Council of the Blind.
