She was predeceased by: her father Kenneth Duane Clark; and her grandparents, John Kenneth, Charlene Clark and Mary Briggs. She is survived by: her mother Dolly Jean Goldsberry of Bolivar, MO; her children, Amanda Golden (Jesse) and John Spangler; her sisters, Keri Dawn Simon (Doug) and Mary Nell Roker (Peter); and her grandchildren, Abigail, Samuel, Mathew and Alyssa. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, friends and family.
