He is survived by: his wife Diane; his children, Brittany Parker of Lebanon, MO, Joshua Barnum (Cira), Justin Barnum (David) of Minneapolis, MN and Josh "Bub" Barnum of Lebanon, MO; his father Dennis Barnum of Bolivar, MO; and his brother John Barnum (Beth) of Bolivar, MO. He is also survived by several other relatives and friends.
