He is survived by: his parents, Larry Tennis (Mae Tennis) of Ozark and Linda Townlian Smith (Kenneth Smith) of Beech Grove; his wife Jill Tennis of Bolivar; his siblings, Tony Tennis (Carrie Tennis) of Clever, Saundra Carcione of Beech Grove, N'kota Smith of Beech Grove and Breeanna Smith of Radcliff; and his children, Justin Smith (Holly) of Crane, Timothy Tennis (Jyna) of Bolivar, Angel Ewing (Joshua) of Carl Junction, Christina Anderson (Derek) of Bolivar and Felicia Motsinger (Cody) of Bolivar. He is also survived by Several step sisters and brothers, several nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles and cousins and friends.
