He is survived by: his wife Paula; his children, Josh Downing (Jennifer), Shannon Downing (Courtney), Carrie Troha (John), Corey Carter (Kelli) and Cassey Arriaga (Frank); and his siblings, Barney Downing (Darlene) and Pat Sanders (Randy). He is also survived by extended family and dear friends.
