He was predeceased by: his parents, Van Allen Durr and Velma Christine Durr (Potter); his siblings, Tim Durr, Cecil Durr, Bobby Durr, Ron Durr, Christine Thompson, Patricia Pojar and Juanita Cheek; his sister-in-law Dea Daniel; his son-in-law Robert Howe (Bob); and his nieces and nephews, Phillip Durr, Curtis Pojar, Jeff Durr, Saundra Renee Durr and Freda Durr.
He is survived by: his son David Allen (Cathy) of Bolivar; his wife Doris Dean Durr (McVay); his daughters, Kathy Howe of Bolivar and Pamela Hillenburg of Republic; his sisters, Rosalene Martin (Charles) of Springfield and Marjorie Carleton (Marvin) of Springfield; and his siblings-in-law, Nancy Durr of Republic, Carol Jo Sowards (Durr) of Springfield, Saundra Durr of Springfield, Debbie Usowski (Peter) of Centerville, Virginia and Bob Daniel of West Plains, Missouri. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
