She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Forton and Eva Forton (Wells); and her siblings, Janice and Bob Forton. She is survived by: her children, Jerry Jacques of Merriville, IN, Gregory Jacques (Jenny) of Hudsonville, MI and Penny Thomas (John) of Birch Tree, MO; and her siblings, Steve Forton (Donna) of Escanaba, MI, Bonnie Forton of Gladstone, MI, Jeanie McIntire of Escanaba, MI and Carol Moras (Alan) of Escanaba, MI. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren.
