He was predeceased by: his sister Emily Allyson Pulliam; and his grandfathers, Earl Monroe Simpson and Donnie Gene Pulliam (Jody). He is survived by: his parents, Angela Dawn Pulliam (Simpson) and Audie Pulliam; his brother Zachary Earl Pulliam; his grandmothers, Janet Kay Pulliam of Winona, MO and Janice Louise Simpson of Wilderness, MO; his great-aunt Judy Parcel of Clinton, MT; his aunt Theresa Rightnowar (Steve) of Winona, MO; and his uncles, Billy Pulliam, Bobby Pulliam and Bradley Pulliam. He is also survived by several aunts and uncles, cousins, and friends.
