He is survived by: his wife Kay "Katie" Dowler (Hurst); his daughter Terri Tompson (Richard) of West Plains, MO; his stepchildren, William "Bill" Mangum (Tammy), Roman "Russ" Mangum of Birch Tree, MO, Wallace Mangum of Vancouver, WA and Michelle "Shelly" Reed (Timothy) of Mountain View, MO; and his siblings, William Dowler of Clemson, SC, Wesley Dowler (Emma) of Mexico City, Mexico, Betty Hall (Harry) of Lexington, KY and Laura Ann Zahn (Frederick) of Springfield, MO.. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren.
