We are sad to announce that on April 17, 2023, at the age of 84, Charlene Roberta Bennett of Bethany, Missouri, born in Pocahontas, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Riley Preston and Mary Preston (Kakacek); her husband Bill Bennett; her siblings, Janette Kakacek and Raymond Preston; her grandsons, Aaron and Ryan Flood; and her great grandchild Maddison Miles.
She is survived by: her children, Barbara Simpson (Larry) of Bethany, MO, Carl Bennett of Independence, MO, Brenda Clark (Brad) of Bethany, MO, Belinda Bennett of Panama City, FL, Billy Bennett (Kirsti) of Bethany, MO and Lisa Miles (Steve) of Bethany, MO; her grandchildren, Jennifer Benson (Brad), Tyler Kurtright (Brittany), Sam Miles (Jasmine), Ben Miles, Melissa Ayers (Jason), Kaylee Flood, Austin Flood, Asiah Bennett, Chase Bennett, Nick Williams (Ashley), Jessica Williams, Hannah Williams and Garrett Bennett (Emily); her great grandchildren, Trenton, Logan Fordyce, Tucker Kurtright, Roman Williams, Mariana Miles and Slade Moore; her sisters, Linda Barnett (Gary), Sharon Mlika (Russel) and Marylou McBroom; and her siblings-in-law, Louise Preston, Jeraldine Sweeten, Herb Bennett and Wilburn Bennett.
