She is survived by: her husband Joe Diaz of Belton, Missouri; her children, Samuel Douglas Hubbard of Kansas City, Missouri, Shelby Jane Diaz of Lee's Summit and Stephanie Jo Diaz of Kansas City, Missouri; her grandchildren, Jasmine Ann Diaz, Jake Liam Chacon, Selena Noel Diaz and Owyn Alvidrez Chacon; her sister Sarah Jane Hubbard-Zearley of Grain Valley, Missouri; and her nephew Douglas Raymond Hubbard-Peters.
