He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl James Harber and Bertha Bell Harber (Stephens); his wife Norma Rosetta Harber; his daughter Lela Paulette Harber; and his siblings, Rosemary Cotter, Jacquita Newberry and Frank Harber.
He is survived by: his son Joe Harber; his brother Russell Harber (Helen); his grandchildren, Joshua Harber and Jessica Harber; and his great grandchildren, Julian Harber, Forrest Harber (Jackie) and Thomas Harber.
