It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alma Rice of Belton, Missouri, born in Kansas City, Missouri, who passed away on October 19, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry S. Ragsdale and Arkie Ragsdale (Motley); her husband Charles E. Rice; her children, Rebecca Coycault and David Hamel; her sister Alica Brockway; and her sister-in-law Leona Ragsdale.
She is survived by: her daughter Cynthia Hamel; her brother Sherman Ragsdale; and her grandchildren, Chris Evans (Jill), Carrie Caruthers, Jacob Faltynowski (Christine), Sarah Watson, Janelle Hernandez and Sean Hamel. She is also survived by fifteen great grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
