He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Diamond and Grace Allene Turnbow (Scott); his sons, Clint Turnbow and Joseph Mennemeier; and his siblings, Keith Turnbow, Allene Easterly and Cheryl Turnbow.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Lynn (Quintana); his daughters, Jennifer Gallegos of Odessa, MO and Jolene Coll of Columbus, OH; his grandchildren, Alexandria Fairfield (Jon), Gabriel Gallegos (Kelsie), Eddie Gallegos (Bailee), Nicholas Dart and Keith Good; his great grandchildren, Nylah Dart, Ali Dart, Maia Gallegos and Alivia Fairfield; and his brothers, Kenneth Turnbow (Peggy) of Urbana, MO and Patrick Turnbow (Nancy) of Urbana, MO. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
