He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lewis and Alma Lewis (Myers); and his siblings, Charles Willis and Peggy Mooney. He is survived by: his wife Donna; his children, James Paul (Cindy Lewis), Terry (Ginger Lewis), Sabrina (Dean Wright), Chantele Adams (Roben Miller) and Sam (DeAnna Miller); and his sister Wanda Sorrell. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren.
