She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Clark and Mabel Hudson Clark; her son Randall Johnson; her husband Carl Johnson; and her siblings, Shirley Tate, Tom and Rex Clark.

She is survived by: her granddaughter Jessica Johnson; her brother Jim Clark of Cape Coral, FL.; her sisters-in-law, Joyce Clark of Spring, TX. and Sheila Clark of Naperville, IL; and her cousin Peggy Painter. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
