He is survived by: his wife Bea; his daughters, Elizabeth Anness (Cory) of Springfield, Emily Eaton of Springfield and Amy Blackmon (Andrew) of Nashville, TN.; his stepdaughters, Brandy Burks (Jason Cole) and Melissa Wilson (Donnie); his grandchildren, Kadynce, Charlea, Sadie, Lucas, Mercedes, Dylan, Catriona, Morgan, Isaiah, Elijah, Jacob and Chantel; his great grandchildren, Khia, Avry, Emmy, Kinzlie and Otto; his sister Linda Rothman; and his sister-in-law Kay Holman.
