He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Joseph and Helen Mary Brown (Leitle); his brother John Joseph Brown Jr.; his wife Sara; his daughter Elizabeth Brown of Kansas City, Missouri; his stepson Nathan Carpenter of Columbia, Missouri; his siblings, Mary Schmidt (John) of Monett, Barbara Brown of Aurora and Jim Brown (Sandy) of Aurora; his aunts, Mary Leitle of Aurora and Carol Leitle of Aurora; and his father-in-law Bill Schaffner of Russellville, Missouri. He was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
